dont force yourself too much, sometimes you wwant to do a lot of things and set up accidentaly high expectations and its ok not managing to live to those expectations becase its impossible to know what will happen and even if there are walls that you need to cross, sometimes you dont have energy to do it, just do the things you know you can do <3
